Sessions may extend 75 minutes, if needed. (I understand we may need more time sometimes to get you moving forward, and the extra minutes will really count.)

Email and phone support between sessions (Phone calls limited to reasonable number, up to 10 minutes each)

Given at least an hour notice by email, the ability to call me anytime between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays for 15-minute emergency or check-in sessions.
