6-Month Coaching Package

Novice:

This package is established for people who want help in overcoming one (1) to three (3) issues. Examples include gaining clarity, removing obstacles or blocks, overcoming fears, help in managing/ reducing stress, and more!

• Up to twelve (12) 1-Hour Success Strategy and Life Coaching sessions over a 6-Month period

• Coaching Exercises, Worksheets, and After-Session Notes provided

• Email and phone support between sessions (Phone calls limited to reasonable number, up to 10 minutes each)
